just in case anyone’s interested/wondering why i haven’t been on in the last few months i started a new full time job and, its been pretty crazy, alot of traveling.
ive kept up with my workouts and making some really awesome progress, i’ve now lost over 50kgs of lost plus i’ve been working on putting on muscle so i would of lost more then that in bodyfat.
I really do enjoy tumblr and there’s a few people i talk to regularly i miss talking to.
I want to start updating my tumblr again (going to update all my stats ect this weekend) but may not be on everyday but will try to update regularly and post my workouts and food.
anyways ill post more soon

Wish there was a way to make my girlfriend realize just how important eating healthy and working out is to me. I just started a new job and have 9.30-6 monday to friday, i leave at 7am and get home at 8 and in that time i need to find time to shop, cook and go to the gym, see her and get 8 hrs sleep…. there just isn’t enough hours in the day! How do other people balance it all out? I’m really struggling
